Empirical Fitness is holding its first ever fitness challenge! We are looking for women ages 40 and up that are interested in:
- jump starting their fitness journey
- taking their health and fitness to the next level
- transforming their bodies
- increasing their strength or mobility
We are also looking for women interested in being a part of a team that will represent Empirical Fitness at local fitness competitions and sporting events throughout the year!
We will have live online Q&A sessions to answer all of your questions about the challenge. You can sign up now for FREE to join the group and be part of the virtual meetings.
For six weeks, entrants will receive unlimited access to group classes at Empirical Fitness, personalized feedback and recommendations from our team of fitness experts.
The top three participants will win a spot on our competitive team, membership discounts for the remainder of 2020, and exclusive Empirical Fitness merchandise.
With the access, content, and information you will receive during the challenge, you can expect to see transformations in how you look, feel, and move. You will also be part of a supportive social group of like minded women that we hope will turn into lifelong workout buddies.
